Field Technician - Roanoke

Rightech is working with a low voltage integrator that specializes in low voltage and network deployments at retail and fast‑food chains across the eastern United States. They are looking to add members to their team in Roanoke, VA. This is a full‑time position.

The right candidate s will demonstrate a drive to learn the systems business from the ground up and grow into leading their own installation jobs from start to finish.

Candidates for this position should possess technical or mechanical interests and abilities. Understanding of building construction is a plus.

As you work with experienced installers, you will learn proper wiring techniques, code‑compliant installation practices, and safe work procedures. You will have the opportunity to learn about installations, programming and operation of video and door access systems and become a full‑fledged systems installer.

The customer will provide training, tools, competitive wages, and benefits.

• Terminating CAT5/6 cabling
• Installing network equipment
• Programming equipment per documentation

$18.00 – 22.00 per hour
