Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will perform routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access points and visitor flow. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts, and respond to alarms and unusual activity with professionalism.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, contractors, and employees by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, loading bays, and the perimeter, reporting unusual conditions and/or maintenance concerns per site policy.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or authorizations, and document deliveries, contractor activity, and vehicle movements in accordance with site requirements.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, medical events, and/or environmental issues, and communicate with supervision and public responders as needed.

+ Complete timely reports such as incident reports, patrol logs, and shift handover notes, and use site systems such as radios, phones, and/or access control tools to support security-related operations.

* + Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ A guard card and/or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
