Tight Technologies is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a long-term career in professional B2B technology sales.

Whether you bring outbound sales experience or are confident in your ability to succeed in a performance-driven environment, we provide structured training, direct mentorship from leadership, and a clear path for advancement.

This is not a call center position. You will learn real B2B sales strategy within the managed IT and security industry while working closely with senior leadership.

• Uncapped commission
• No cap on earnings
• Most first-year performers earn $55,000 to $75,000+
• Advancement to senior sales roles within 6 to 12 months based on performance

Income and promotion are performance-based, not tenure-based.

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone and email
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings
• Develop early relationships with business decision-makers
• Maintain accurate CRM activity tracking
• Achieve and exceed weekly outreach and meeting targets

• 1 to 4 years of outbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Resilience and comfort with outbound calling
• Coachability and accountability to measurable goals
