Overview
Steel Dynamics. Report directly to the Sales Manager and work with field sales. All duties assigned by the manager are to be performed in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities- Complete order entry, price and delivery quotations
- Schedule coordination & Production reconciliation
- Order expediting, material availability, backlog and VMI administration
- Perform telephone sales and solicitation/ telemarketing
- Complete pricing administration, pre-audit, claim and credit administration
- Coordinate with entire sales group, production groups and shipping
- Communicate and coordinate all company policies
All customer service related duties
- Demonstrated use of interpersonal skills
- Dedication
- Career minded, goal oriented team player with strong computer skills
- Competent literacy and strong telephone skills
- Four-year College degree
