A leading U.S. manufacturer of industrial blasting systems is looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of the Southeast territory. This company designs and builds a full range of air-blast equipment — from compact units to advanced automated systems — all engineered and assembled in-house.
In this role, you’ll serve as the primary sales partner for both distributors and end users across TN, MS, AL, GA, FL, SC, NC, and VA. You’ll spend time in the field meeting customers, recommending the right equipment for their production needs, and building a territory that continues to grow year after year. Travel throughout the region is expected, averaging around 50%.
Key Responsibilities- Strengthen relationships with existing distributors and help them increase sales
- Identify new distributor opportunities and expand into untapped markets
- Prepare and deliver detailed quotes and equipment recommendations
- Conduct customer visits, equipment walk-throughs, and on-site demonstrations
- Maintain an organized pipeline and consistently move deals forward
- Background with surface preparation equipment, abrasive blasting systems, or related industrial machinery
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings/blueprints
- Proven success in territory sales and long-term account development
- Comfort with frequent travel throughout the Southeast
- Industry contacts or established relationships are highly beneficial
- Strong earning opportunity with a competitive base and uncapped commissions
