Overview
Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. Designers support three primary store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome customers to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, arrange kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. They support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking as necessary.
They support Store Appearance by ensuring displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to support department and store goals.
- Welcome customers and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs
- Provide showroom tours, arrange measures, and review room designs with customers
- Make purchasing recommendations based on design discussions
- Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure a safe, appealing shopping environment
- Support store priorities to drive sales and achieve department and store goals
