The eCommerce Processor servesto check, clean, process and make ready for listing pulled donations for eCommerce.

Reports to:

Assistant Director of eCommerce

Hours of Availability:

Casual (15 hours/week)

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

9:00am – 2:00pm

Locations:
Distribution & Recycling Center (warehouse setting)

Compensation: $15.00/hour (non-exempt/hourly)

· Strong listening, as well as written & verbal communication skills to execute instructions, keep others informed and exhibit professionalism.

· Demonstrated attention to detail/strong organizational skills to assist with multiple daily assignments and special projects.

· Ambitious to exceed expectations.

· Ability to use email, internal systems and basic computer skills

· Ability to research items on multiple platforms

· Previous experience with eCommerce is helpful

Processing Donations for resale by following eCommerce processing procedures as established. Includes checking items for damage, if it is working or not, any special markings, etc. Clean the items for displaying. Be aware of safety and security concerns and report to the appropriate person(s). Assist with conflict resolution among clients, team members and volunteers according to established procedures.

Engage with volunteers to provide a high-impact, meaningful opportunity with positive outcomes for everyone.

All Rescue Mission of Roanoke team members may be asked to complete other duties as assigned by the leadership/management. The expectation is to complete these assignments as requested.

Noise levels may vary depending on activity/event and/or location

Occasionally - Communicating with others to exchange information
