• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving potential service issues.
• Giving a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact, and helping customers locate items.
• Accurately handling cashier duties, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions, while following company policies.
• Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory management tasks.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Providing customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel during regular shifts, as part of growth opportunities.
• Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs.

• At least 16 years of age.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer‑service setting.

• Remaining upright on feet, especially for sustained periods.
• Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount regularly for overhead lifting.
• Visual acuity required for activities such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection of small parts/details.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

• Monday – Sunday: 8 am – 8 pm
• Weekend shift frequency:
  Every other weekend required.

The typical pay range for this role is $15.00–$18.00 per hour.
