Role Overview:
As a Part‑time Customer Service Lead, you will support the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor by leading day‑to‑day customer service initiatives. You will inspire associates to deliver exceptional, friendly service, maintain a customer‑first focus, and troubleshoot front‑end issues.
- Model the company's core values, Burlington philosophy, and back‑of‑house standards to the receiving team.
- Improve friendliness, checkout speed, and customer feedback scores while delivering a consistently great experience.
- Maintain a neat and orderly front end area, troubleshoot register/transaction issues.
- Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
- Flexible schedule: early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
- Physical: lift 40 lbs., stand & walk for extended periods.
Base Pay: $14.00 per hour (Part‑time). Competitive wage, flexible hours, associate discount. Eligible for Burlington benefits—including medical coverage and 401(k)—based on hours worked. Paid time off after one year, paid holidays, paid sick time per law.
