• Restaurant cashiers play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service by providing efficient and friendly service in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, accurately processing payments, and ensuring high-quality food service.
• Take customer food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
• Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various preparation points within the kitchen, including sandwich making, fry station, grill station, or other station depending on concept.
• Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety conditions to deliver a fresh and safe product.
• Cross training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles as needed.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds; ability to work in various temperatures.
