We’re looking for a Store Manager who will drive sales, build and develop a fanatical team, and create buzz through customer engagement and social media. You will handle all aspects of store operations and lead talent growth.

• Ensure the store achieves sales plan and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Create buzz and customer engagement via social media, web apps, and clienteling.
• Operate an effective business with structure, delegation, autonomy, and customer‑first selling.
• Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors impacting business.
• Communicate trends and customer feedback with retail leadership and HQ partners.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy to hit sales targets.
• Adapt to new technologies, communicate policies, and control supply ownership.
• Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promos on time.
• Build a bench of talent through mentorship, recognition, and feedback.

• 1–2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (degree preferred).
• Ability to thrive in fast‑changing retail environment.
• Open‑mindedness and curiosity about pop‑culture fandoms and music trends.
• Physical capability to navigate store, merchandise, and handle up to 50 lbs of merch.
