As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store always meets AEO Brand Visual Standards, executes effective Floorsets, updates marketing and merchandising, and maintains store replenishment. You bring passion for visual standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to representing company values.

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring your store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet Floorset standards.
• Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment, identifying merchandising opportunities and collaborating with leadership.
• Support the team in understanding how to maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team, prioritizing the guest experience.
• Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom, ensuring compliance with AEO policies and procedures.

• You have flexible availability, able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends.
• You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills and a history of retail work.
