Overview
We are currently taking applications for a full time Dining Services (Grille) Supervisor position in our Independent Living facility. Previous experience or formal training as a supervisor, server or cook is required, must acquire and maintain Serv Safe Certification. CDM preferred. Background/Drug tests, seasonal flu vaccine required.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily dining services operations in the Grille within an Independent Living facility.
- Provide supervision and training for dining services staff (servers, cooks) as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and Serv Safe standards; coordinate scheduling and service quality.
- Previous experience or formal training as a supervisor, server, or cook.
- Must acquire and maintain Serv Safe Certification.
- CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) preferred.
- Background/Drug screens and seasonal flu vaccine required.
