Dining Services Supervisor

Overview

We are currently taking applications for a full time Dining Services (Grille) Supervisor position in our Independent Living facility. Previous experience or formal training as a supervisor, server or cook is required, must acquire and maintain Serv Safe Certification. CDM preferred. Background/Drug tests, seasonal flu vaccine required.

• Supervise daily dining services operations in the Grille within an Independent Living facility.
• Provide supervision and training for dining services staff (servers, cooks) as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and Serv Safe standards; coordinate scheduling and service quality.

• Previous experience or formal training as a supervisor, server, or cook.
• Must acquire and maintain Serv Safe Certification.
• CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) preferred.
• Background/Drug screens and seasonal flu vaccine required.
