Quality Assurance Supervisor

Our client— a growing manufacturer in the beauty, personal care and home care space—is seeking a Quality Assurance & Compliance Supervisor to lead site‑level quality systems and support regulatory compliance.

Location: Roanoke Metropolitan Area, VA
Salary: $70K - $90K DOE

• Lead and develop a Quality Assurance team, promoting a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement
• Manage deviations, nonconformances, CAPAs, and change controls impacting product quality
• Own internal audit programs and support external audits and inspections
• Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, ISO, and internal quality standards
• Oversee quality documentation, training programs, calibration, and complaint handling
• Track and report quality metrics and drive sustainable corrective actions
• Partner cross‑functionally to align quality objectives with business needs

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
• 4–6 years of Quality Assurance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (OTC, cosmetics, personal care, pharma)
• 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Working knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMPs, ISO standards, and eQMS platforms
• Audit or quality certifications (ASQ CQA, ISO Lead Auditor) a strong plus.
