This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role located in Roanoke, VA. The Registered Nurse will deliver patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. Responsibilities include collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and their families, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role requires adherence to high standards of patient safety and quality care while maintaining professionalism under all circumstances.

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia or eligibility to obtain such licensure
• Strong clinical skills including patient assessment, care planning, and medication administration
• Proficiency in collaborating with healthcare teams and maintaining professional communication
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety regulations
• Compassionate patient care abilities and an empathetic approach
• Experience in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required
• Prior experience in critical care, emergency nursing, or other specialized areas is a plus
