You’ll play a vital role in helping patients recover from joint replacements, spine surgeries, and trauma-related procedures all in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
RequirementsBLS Certification (AHA or ARC)
1+ year inpatient experience (preferred)
Experience with post-op orthopedic care is a plus
Strong documentation and patient assessment skills
️What Youll Do
Monitor patient recovery and pain management
Coordinate care with PT/OT, physicians, and case managers
Support ambulation, fall prevention, and discharge planning
Educate patients and families for successful recovery
