Job specification

• Conduct age-specific assessments and use them to develop comprehensive care plans.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to implement and evaluate age-appropriate care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments accurately while utilizing electronic medical records (EPIC).

• Ensure quality care through delegation, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Candidate requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved program eligible for Virginia RN licensure.

• Currently licensed or eligible to obtain RN licensure in Virginia.

• CPR certification required; ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required as needed.
