Machine Operator​/Line Lead 3rd shift

Randstad at Voyant is looking for a Machine Operator/Lead to take charge of production line operations and help drive quality, safety, and efficiency on every shift. This isn’t just a machine operator role—you’ll be the point person for your line, ensuring machines run smoothly, team members are positioned for success, and issues are quickly escalated to keep production moving.

3rd Shift opening: 11:00pm-7:30am

• Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operation
• Lead and coordinate the line team, placing talent in the right roles for peak performance
• Report equipment issues to the maintenance team and ensure timely resolution
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain production standards
• Track production output and report metrics as needed
• Keep line materials stocked and organized to minimize downtime
• Enforce all safety, GMP, and food quality standards
