Production Lead

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (currently working Saturdays as needed)

We are seeking a dedicated Production Line Lead to oversee manufacturing line operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. This role is responsible for coordinating team efforts, optimizing workflow, maintaining equipment, and supporting the achievement of daily production targets.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands‑on manufacturing experience and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Implement quality control checks to ensure product standards are met
• Coordinate team efforts to drive efficient production
• Optimize workflow to enhance productivity
• Train new employees on production procedures and best practices
• Monitor production metrics and generate performance reports
• Log accurate transactions within the Inventory Management System (Epicor) to ensure all components and finished goods are properly accounted for
• Facilitate communication between production and management teams
• Maintain inventory of necessary materials to minimize downtime
• Complete Safety for Life Inspection Forms
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and cGMP standards

• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (Required)
• 1–3 years of leadership experience within manufacturing (Required)
• 1–3 years of experience with quality control processes (Required)
• 1–3 years of experience in operations management, industrial engineering, management, or a related field (Required)
• HS Diploma
