Overview
The Event Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of all Foot Levelers, Inc. (FLI) Board Seminars, state association conventions, and experiential education events within assigned territories. This role blends operational excellence and education-based seminar coordination with hands-on experiential event execution, ensuring Foot Levelers delivers professional, brand-aligned, and impactful learning experiences that drive attendance, engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities- Event Planning, Coordination & Execution:
Organize, coordinate, and execute all FLI Board Seminars and state association conventions in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Assist in planning seminar seasons including dates, locations, and speakers.
- Manage venues, logistics, exhibitor coordination, seminar kits, and on-site execution.
- Ensure brand-aligned, professional, and engaging event experiences.
- Set goals and sales targets for each event.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with state associations, colleges, and speakers.
- Obtain speaker materials and ensure branding compliance.
- Apply for and track CE credits.
- Maintain state association agreements and renewals.
- Attendance, Outreach & Engagement:
Coordinate customer outreach within 50–100 mile radius of planned events. - Train Posture Specialists on seminar promotion.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to maximize attendance.
- Create and analyze pre-workshop surveys.
- Reporting & Analysis:
Perform cost analysis and KPI tracking. - Review post-event surveys and report trends.
- Submit and reconcile expenses.
- Assist with special projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 3–5+ years of experience in event coordination, seminar management, or education-based events
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines simultaneously
- Professional communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working within SOP-driven environments
- Experience working with state associations, colleges, or professional education programs preferred
- Familiarity with education-based, healthcare, chiropractic, or B2B education events preferred
- Experience coordinating speakers, CE credits, and event logistics preferred
