Assistant Store Manager III; Cave

Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer complaints or inquiries and notify the store manager.
• Use payroll system to record time and attendance, and clear schedule exceptions promptly.
• Assist in staff scheduling to meet daily operational goals.
• Manage all aspects of the production area, including receiving and processing donations.
• Meet daily productivity goals and report deficiencies.
• Submit nightly service requests to notify logistics of product needs.
• Ensure employee compliance with safety, policies, procedures, and record-keeping.
• Assist with interviewing and training staff.
• Stay current with recall notices, post on recall board, and file notices properly.
• Ensure timely and accurate incident/accident reporting.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1-year management experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based programs, and time/attendance systems required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain certification with provided training.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification with provided training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance or accommodations.
