In this role you will oversee all operations in multiple restaurants, carrying out daily and strategic managerial duties to serve customers effectively.

• Motivate team through a compelling vision and direction that encompasses Love’s Core values.
• Communicate clear expectations and hold the store teams accountable to achieving all brand, performance and behavior standards.
• Effectively manage employee development with feedback and training opportunities.
• Conduct regular quarterly visits and weekly conference calls for each location.
• Provide exceptional customer service and verify that Restaurant Managers are doing the same.
• Oversee the interior and exterior condition of each restaurant to ensure it meets company standards for facility maintenance, merchandising and marketing procedures.
• Review all service metrics and reports to coach for improved Customer Service standards (e.g., SOS Ranking Reports, Drive Thru SOS Reports, Mystery Shops, Driver Panel).
• Maintain personal grooming and company uniform standards.
• Maintain company attendance standards.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Address employee issues promptly and appropriately. Collaborate with District Manager as necessary.
• Develop a succession plan that leads to internal promotions.
• Recognize and resolve customer issues or complaints by determining optimal solutions promptly.
• Ensure all employees follow Love’s safety procedures while using food preparation tools and appliances.
• Protect company assets through audit processes and ensure cash handling and policies are followed.
• Proactively seek personal learning and development opportunities.

• 5+ years in a restaurant management position required.

• Regularly required to talk and hear.
• Requires standing and walking, with some bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• May be exposed to outdoor elements, fumes, particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and noise quent exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, gas, high‑concentrated cleaning solutions and human waste.

Periodic travel nationally will be required.
