Operations Supervisor – Full Time – Roanoke

As an Operations Supervisor on the H2H Emergency Services team, you will assist the General Manager of EMS in managing daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective performance of field and support personnel, vehicles, and equipment. You will enforce company policies, ensure compliance with procedures, and provide education or discipline as necessary.

• Supervise EMS crews, assigning and reviewing rides, maintaining standards, problem solving, and employee counseling and discipline.
• Resolve issues/inquiries from staff regarding assignments, vehicles, equipment, etc.
• Provide guidance and oversight to dispatch team on assignments, vehicle service capabilities, EMS regulations, and resource utilization.
• Ride with crews on department apparatus and observe staff performance during responses.
• Respond to calls for service to assist crews and/or meet with facility staff as requested.
• Enforce standard operating procedures and document deviations.
• Assist in maintaining equipment, technology, and supplies for field operations.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, stocked, and compliant with H2H standards and OEM regulations.
• Operate vehicles per regulations and H2H standards, inspect and test emergency vehicles, and complete inspection documentation.
• Maintain clear communication with employees, leadership, hospital staff, and medical personnel via two‑way radios, phones, and email.

• Must possess Paramedic or EMT certifications – non‑negotiable.
