Commercial Cleaning Company | Reliable + Flexible Team Player Needed

We are hiring a dependable Daytime Fill-In Cleaner / Floater to support our growing commercial cleaning operations. This role is perfect for someone who needs flexibility but wants consistent supplemental income.

• Must be available Monday through Friday
• Must be available between 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Daily hours will vary from 3 to 8 hours
• Some weeks may be lighter, others busier depending on coverage needs

• $200 per month retainer for guaranteed availability
• Hourly pay for all hours worked
• Opportunity for additional evening floating shifts if desired

• Fill in for team members who are out sick or on vacation
• Assist with daytime accounts and special projects
• Perform general commercial cleaning duties including:
  • Restroom cleaning
  • Trash removal
  • Dusting and disinfecting
  • Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, occasional machine work)
  • Light detail work as needed

• Reliable and punctual
• Flexible schedule within required hours
• Able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Reliable transportation required

Cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
