As a first responder on property loss situations, you mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures. Responsibilities include water damage mitigation, structural board‑up, on‑location cleaning, microbial remediation, content pack‑outs, content processing/deodorization, content storage, and handling.

• Water extraction and mitigation
• Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
• Microbial remediation
• Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard cleanup
• Demolition (Demo Day!)
• Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel
• Provide the highest level of customer service with empathy
• All other duties or projects as assigned

• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
• Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check

The work environment is generally quiet. The position may require lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, sitting, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, talking, and hearing. Occupational tasks include walking around the office regularly. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Occasional travel. (Less than 25% of the time.) Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings.
