• Load, build, image, and configure laptops and desktops
• Install and support software applications
• Troubleshoot PC hardware, peripherals, and basic IT issues
• Prepare and clone systems for deployment to end users
• Deliver excellent customer service and technical support

• Experience building and configuring computers
• Strong troubleshooting skills (PCs and peripherals)
• Solid communication and customer service abilities
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
