Are you an experienced Mental Health Case Manager with an interest in training and leadership?

• Coordinate onboarding, training, consultation, and shadowing for new Case Managers
• Provide individual and group training in utilization and navigation of the Electronic Health Record
• Assist the Director in tasks related to the electronic health record
• Manage referrals
• Carry a partial caseload
• Assist in guidance to Case Management staff

Staring Pay Rate: $21.08/hour. Additional compensation commensurate with experience.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma Required. Associates or Bachelor's degree is a plus!
• Experience:
  
  6 months of experience working with adults diagnosed with a serious mental illness.
• Safe Driving Record:
  Valid Virginia driver's license with a safe driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last three years AND no criminal violations in the last five years).
• Background Check:
  Candidates who are offered a position are required to undergo a background check and drug screen.

• QMHP Clinical Supervision and Training: BRBH provides clinical supervision and support in attaining Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) certification!
