Job Duties- Properly and quietly assemble resident trays.
- Provide delivery of meal carts or trays to units.
- Assist with preparing, delivery, and cleanup of between meal nourishment.
- Responsible for pickup of food carts and delivery to the dish room.
- Read at a 10th grade level.
- Take and follow instructions given by the supervisor.
- Assist in the receiving and storage of food supplies.
- Operate dish machine to clean resident trays.
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
- Follow Department’s safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Clean all food service delivery equipment and dishware.
- Push/pull 50 lbs. or more daily.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned within the Dietary department’s mission and as situations warrant to meet the overall needs of the facility.
- Follow workflow sheets for all assigned tasks daily/weekly and have shift supervisor check assignments before shift end.
- Cross train in all dietary work areas to ensure proficiency.
- Assist the agency or state government in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.

Salaries for current state employees will be determined according to the current state compensation plan.
