Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Roanoke/Southwest Virginia, VA. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism and their families. Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor ABA therapists and BCBA candidates to ensure excellent clinical services
- Conduct observations, provide feedback, and guidance to improve therapeutic techniques and strategies
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBA clinicians and families
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss client progress and address any concerns
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy
- Collaborate with the clinical team to identify and address any training needs or areas for growth
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- BCBA certification or actively pursuing certification
- Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with children with autism and their families
- Familiarity with ABA therapy principles and methods
- Competitive hourly rate of $95 - $115
