Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor ABA therapists and BCBA candidates to ensure excellent clinical services
Conduct observations, provide feedback, and guidance to improve therapeutic techniques and strategies
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBA clinicians and families
Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss client progress and address any concerns
Conduct research and stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy
Collaborate with the clinical team to identify and address any training needs or areas for growth
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
BCBA certification or actively pursuing certification
Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with children with autism and their families
Familiarity with ABA therapy principles and methods
