Care Companion 11 pm - 7 am (Project Management)

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
• Provide social engagement in a 1:1 setting.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Prepare and serve snacks or meals according to instruction.
• Alert the clinical team to assist residents with activities of daily living per their care plan or as needed.

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A current certification as a CNA is a plus but not needed.
