Location:

Roanoke, VA.

• Fill prescriptions, monitor inventory levels, and ensure proper storage and security of drugs, including controlled substances and narcotics.
• Provide patient counseling and discuss challenges to medication adherence.
• Complete scheduling of technicians and support sales and goals of the pharmacy department.
• Shift: As the Pharmacist Leader, have the autonomy to create your own schedule, while remaining flexible and willing to work every other weekend. Weekdays – Open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Weekends – Open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Retail Pharmacy experience.

• Relevant Pharmacy Board Certification(s).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience in business management.

Lower pharmacist‑to‑technician ratio to ensure you can focus on what matters—your patients.

$135,000–$145,000 per year PLUS an annual bonus incentive.
