A reputable bank offers a range of personal, corporate, and wealth management services. In response to the adapting new technology to the finance process, they would like a talent for finance control focusing in general ledger.

As an Assistant Accountant in banking, you will play a vital role in month‑end closing, support the finace control and assisting the system enhancement.

• Responsible for General ledger by aligning the banking regulation and policy
• Support daily accounting operations, including data entry, reconciliations, and helping with month‑end closing processes to meet reporting deadlines.
• Support system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by performing basic testing tasks and reporting findings.
• Assist in reviewing account control policies to ensure they align with relevant accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese and written English, with proficiency in Mandarin
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred
