About our Client:
Our client, a full-service architecture and engineering firm with offices in downtown Roanoke, is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to join its growing team. You’ll be responsible for designing HVAC systems for a range of building types, from schools and civic buildings to arts and commercial spaces. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a team setting, communicates well, and enjoys mentoring others.
What You’ll Do:- Design HVAC systems for diverse building projects
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients
- Help guide and mentor junior team members
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and budget goals
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer in Virginia
- 7–10 years of related experience preferred
- Comfortable using Trace, Com Check, Word, and Excel
- REVIT experience is a plus
