- Perform load calculations and energy modeling to ensure system efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated project solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior engineering staff.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget parameters.
- Maintain compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia (required).
- 7–10 Years Of Professional Experience Preferred.
- Strong experience in HVAC system design.
- Proficiency in load calculation and energy modeling software (Trace, Com Check).
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in Revit preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
