• Design HVAC systems for educational, civic, arts, and commercial projects.
• Perform load calculations and energy modeling to ensure system efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated project solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and support junior engineering staff.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget parameters.
• Maintain compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia (required).
• 7–10 Years Of Professional Experience Preferred.
• Strong experience in HVAC system design.
• Proficiency in load calculation and energy modeling software (Trace, Com Check).
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in Revit preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
