Mechanical Engineer
IntroductionThe Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing HVAC systems for various project types, including educational, civic, arts, and commercial buildings. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and a willingness to mentor staff. The ideal candidate must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer in the United States with 7-10 years of professional experience.
Responsibilities- Design HVAC systems for a variety of project types
- Work in a team environment to complete projects efficiently
- Mentor staff and provide guidance on engineering projects
- Utilize design load calculation and energy modeling programs such as Trace and Com Check
- Proficiency in Word and Excel for project documentation
- Preferably have experience with REVIT for design work
- HVAC design experience
- Proficiency in Trace and Com Check
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer in the United States
- 7-10 years of professional experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with REVIT
