Carilion Clinic is seeking an ABPS BC/BE Plastic Surgeon at the Assistant or Associate level to join a well-established Plastic Surgery practice in the Blacksburg, Virginia area. Fellowship training is not a requirement.

• Join a broad based practice in plastic surgery including cosmetic, breast, general plastics, and reconstructive procedures. The practice includes an on-site cosmetic OR with anesthesia. This is a well established practice with an existing patient referral pattern and a senior surgeon partner.
• Affiliated with the Roanoke-based Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine’s integrated plastic surgery residency training program with opportunities for teaching and research.
• Faculty appointment with the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine with an integrated six-year plastic surgery residency program.
• Primary and secondary service area of 750,000 supported by numerous Carilion primary care practices throughout the region.

Blacksburg is described as a multicultural metropolitan area with access to outdoor activities and cultural amenities in the Shenandoah Valley region, surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains and Smith Mountain Lake.
