- Lead medium to large-scale architectural projects from concept through construction
- Manage client relationships, contracts, schedules, and budgets
- Guide and mentor design teams, ensuring technical excellence and project delivery
- Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders for smooth execution
- Use tools like Revit, AutoCAD, Newforma
, and CRM platforms to drive collaboration and documentation
- Licensed Architect with 10+ years of PM experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Proven expertise in one or more: senior living, healthcare, education, or government design
- Proficiency in Revit and project management software
