Health Drive is seeking a Dentist to work full-time, (4-5 Days/Week) in our Roanoke, Virginia markets. We provide you with a highly-skilled Dental Assistant, opportunity for $240K+ per year and the flexible stability everyone dreams of for their career.

With over 30 years of experience and established industry relationships in senior living environments, Health Drive is the leading provider of Dental services to residents of communities across the nation. Our Dentists are positioned to provide the utmost in patient‑centered care, while receiving white‑glove concierge support from our seasoned Dentist provider support team, based in Framingham, Massachusetts.

As a Dentist with Health Drive, you will hand a practice and provide routine preventive examinations, restorative care, extractions, denture fabrications, relines, and repairs to residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long‑term care facilities in a mobile fashion. You will guide us on your desired number of patients per day to maximize your income or achieve your perfect work/life balance.

Current opportunities are in the greater Roanoke and Lynchburg, VA areas.

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and regular dental care
• Perform traditional daily patient care—including examinations, restorative procedures, routine extractions, denture fabrications, and repairs
• Complete required patient and clinical documentation in our proprietary electronic medical record system
• Apply proper coding guidelines and populate appropriate billing codes for services provided to patients
• Adhere to OSHA guidelines regarding patient care, disposal of materials, and sterilization of equipment

• Dental background with proficiency in the assessment, treatment, management, and evaluation of dental care
• Ability to work independently on a daily basis
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to use EMR, text, email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare‑related software
• Self‑starter attitude with the desire to deliver quality, thoughtful, and attentive care

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift
• Ability to transport mobile dental equipment (maximum of 15 lbs.)
• May be occasionally required to transport patients in wheelchairs

• D.D.S or D.M.D
• Current state professional license
• Valid driver’s license

This is a mobile position. Daily travel is based on the patient care requirements for the specified service area. A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive significant distances on occasion are required.
