Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site construction operations. The Site Supervisor will manage crews, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and keep projects on track according to schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site
• Monitor progress to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with construction specifications
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays quickly
• Maintain accurate site records, including work logs and incident reports
• Report daily progress to the Project Manager and participate in project meetings
• Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are available and used efficiently

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in construction a plus
• 3+ years of experience in a construction supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety procedures, and building codes
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Basic proficiency in construction management software and MS Office
• OSHA safety certification
• Experience supervising residential or commercial construction projects
