Position Summary

The Manager of Client Transitions owns the successful launch of all new permanent clients and expansions at Protos Security. This role serves as the cross‑functional project manager responsible for guiding each opportunity from Contract in Process through operational stabilization on Day 60. This position does not have direct reports but holds accountability for coordinating Sales, Service, Vendor Relations, Accounting, and Field Operations to ensure every client launch is executed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company standards.

This is a high‑visibility role focused on execution discipline, revenue protection, and client experience. The role is based in our Roanoke Service Center and reports to the Senior Director of Quality Experience.

  • Oversee end‑to‑end client transition process from Contract in Process through Day 60 stabilization
  • Ensure Client Set Up, documentation, and system configuration are completed prior to operational launch
  • Lead cross‑functional transition planning and required internal/client meetings
  • Monitor transition milestones (first 72 hours, Day 30, Day 60)
  • Validate billing setup, rate alignment, and operational readiness
  • Escalate missed deadlines or risks that may impact launch, revenue, or overall experience
  • Supports Sales, Service, Vendor and Operations management through collaboration and coordination to meet all commitments on time and within resource limitations.
  • Value add input for all RFP’s, utilizing quality operational business intelligence between sales and operations.
  • Drive process consistency and continuous improvement within Salesforce and operational systems
  • Additional duties as directed by management.
  • All functions, duties or tasks are to be carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner, and to be performed in conformance with applicable company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or client onboarding
  • Strong experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Proven ability to manage cross‑functional initiatives without direct authority
  • Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Detail‑oriented with a high level of accountability
  • Experience in service‑based or multi‑location operations preferred
