We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Leader to join a nationally recognized architectural design firm known for its innovative work in designing environments that enhance wellness and quality of life. This role is ideal for a confident relationship-builder with deep expertise in the healthcare or senior living sectors, who can drive growth, nurture strategic partnerships, and help shape the future of design in these critical areas.

• Lead business development and client relationship strategies in the healthcare and/or senior living sectors.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Partner with internal design and leadership teams to align market strategy with firm capabilities.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for emerging trends and client needs.
• Foster long-term relationships with current and potential clients, consultants, and collaborators.

• Proven track record in business development, client leadership, or strategic sales—preferably in architecture, engineering, or related industries.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare and/or senior living markets, with a robust professional network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in or with architecture or design firms is highly preferred.
