Excel Truck Group is a growing East Coast heavy truck dealership specializing in Freightliner sales and service, and is searching for an experienced Body & Wreck Repair Estimator for its Roanoke, VA location.

Why Body & Wreck Repair Estimators join the Excel team:

• Supports our Body & Trailer shops as an estimator and administratively in every step, maximizing the repair process for our customers.
• Ideally, has a general knowledge of the body & trailer shop repair process and able to support the customer experience and satisfaction.
• Will work closely with our Insurance Claims partners to secure business and communicate any modifications or supplements as necessary.
• Thorough understanding of production and cycle time.
• Develop new and strengthen our existing customer relationships. As a primary point of contact for our dealership’s key Fleet customers.
• Supports the flow of repair orders within the Body and Trailer Shops department and effectively working closely with our Parts department to ensure timely and efficient results.
• As our customers’ needs evolve and opportunities develop, this role will coordinate communications with our customers and management team.

• Report to Management regarding progress on issues that are identified, pending or resolved.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

• Experience as a Heavy Duty Truck Body Shop Estimator or a related role.

• Strong base salary:
  Starting between $70,000–$85,000/yr or more in your first year, based on experience.
