Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Under direct supervision, ensures the delivery of products to clients and support to internal teams
• Maintain and distribute office supplies/inventory
• Complete End of Day Reporting
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Print, package and ship orders including payroll, flex checks, W-2's, Cobra participant letters and quarterly reports
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems
• Verify postal rates and weigh outgoing shipments
• Maintain office equipment and arrange for service as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date office files, records and logs
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Attention to detail, time management and ability to multitask
• Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
