About the Role

The HVAC Director of Applied Sales will play a pivotal role in leading a team of sales professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to engage with customers and close sales. The director will analyze market trends and customer needs to develop innovative sales approaches that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth, while collaborating across departments for product and marketing alignment.

This leadership role establishes our brand as a leader in the HVAC market, achieves sales targets, and fosters long-term customer relationships.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with retail trade sales and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and technologies.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for HVAC products to maximize market penetration and revenue.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, providing guidance to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for product and promotional alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Skills
