This is a full-time, on-site Operations Associate role located in Roanoke, TX. The Operations Associate will assist in the execution of daily business operations to ensure efficiency and organization. Responsibilities include order fulfillment, maintaining inventory accuracy, cycle counts and merchandise replenishment. Every day can look a little different as we work to keep Mila & Rose styles heading out the door and little customers smiling.

• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration and teamwork
• Well-developed problem-solving skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Effective time management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software or tools for operational and inventory management
• Experience in a retail or e-commerce environment is a plus
