Overview
Store Support role at The Home Depot
Responsibilities- Assist with non-sales functions to support an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience.
- Assist customers in the lot or provide administrative services as needed.
- Direct customer or vendor interaction when required, including directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering questions on product order status, and handling cash management or program compliance.
- Collaborate with other associates, vendors, and carriers; work productively with little/some supervision.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and strong time management skills while focusing on store-specific business objectives and key operational responsibilities.
- Positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
- High level of integrity at all times.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and respond to operational concerns.
- Ability to work with little or some supervision.
