Work Week
:
Flexible hours are available. Able to work starting at 5:00 AM up to midnight if required, based on café hours and availability.

Job Summary:

• Interact with Team members, customers, and vendors using DYNE's core values.
• Deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality” to each customer that visits our café.
• Prepare ingredients for food and smoothies.
• Assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies to Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s standards.
• Maintain sanitation practices for food handling and preparation.
• Set up and monitor food and smoothie work stations.
• Clean and organize kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas in the café.
• Operate the register, take customer orders, handle cash accurately, and manage the drawer.
• Follow safety and security policies set by the brand.
• Perform any additional tasks necessary to run the café.

Continuous standing and walking throughout each shift.

Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds for stocking, refilling ice, or taking out trash.

Constant face‑to‑face interactions with crew members and customers.

Safely navigate in a fast‑paced café environment.

Ability to multi‑task and remain positive under stressful conditions.

Frequent walking, standing, bending, stopping, overhead reaching, and stretching.

Lift no greater than 50 pounds.
