Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Analyst in Westlake, TX. Duties:

• Systems Analyst will examine inter-dependencies between systems
• Conduct requirements analysis and create proposals for modifications, upgrades, or replacements to systems
• Participate in the design of new computer systems and applications
• Document requirements through analysis of existing business models, use cases, workflow analysis, and documents
• Collaborate with the broader team to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues
• Use Agile methodologies to achieve requirements
• Use requirements analysis information to make recommendations to system functionality and create stories to execute recommendations
• As a Systems Analyst, you will support the implementation and operations of systems
• Provide support to business and technical partners throughout all testing phases, including triaging system defects in production and non-production environments
• May consult with internal and external clients to present proposals
• Work within the team to ensure committed deliverables adhere to established schedule

• Need to be able to handle documentation and requirements gathering, but hands-on experience or direct project experience in the following required:
  Data Migration or cloud Migration;
  Event Driven Architecture;
  Designing API Development from scratch
• Understand and document interfaces between systems
• Understand software development life cycles and methodologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
