—and are seeking a highly capable New Product Development (NPD) Project Manager to help us deliver best‑in‑class products within our Lighting category.

Hybrid Work Environment (for DFW candidates)

This role follows a structured hybrid schedule designed for collaboration and flexibility:

  • In‑office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
  • Work from home: Wednesday, Friday

While this is the standard schedule, team members should remain available to come onsite on other days if business needs require it.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment across Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and international teams — all while bringing meaningful, consumer‑centered innovation to life.

Project Leadership & Execution
  • Own and manage project timelines using established project management tools
  • Drive cross‑functional accountability across NPD, Operations, Sales, Creative, and international teams
  • Lead weekly NPD meetings and coordinate project details across time zones
  • Identify risks early and problem‑solve around timing, quality, and deliverables
Process Ownership & System Stewardship
  • Develop and optimize workflows within Adobe Workfront
  • Manage item setup and product data accuracy across ERP, DAM, and Salesforce
  • Maintain detailed documentation and project records throughout the lifecycle
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Facilitate clear communication with domestic and international partners
  • Guide project approvals through internal Stage Gate processes
  • Support line reviews through samples, pricing, product images, and presentations
Strategic Contribution
  • Ensure NPD initiatives meet customer, retailer, and brand expectations
  • Influence process improvements that support speed‑to‑market
    , quality, and efficiency
  • Support additional project workflows as organizational needs evolve
What You Bring Experience & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree OR 3-5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Experience in Consumer‑Packaged Goods (CPG) or durable goods strongly preferred
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar certifications are a plus
Skills & Competencies
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar PM platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
